Nancy E. Gill, PhD.

Artist, teacher, and inspirational speaker, Dr. Nancy Gill, helps people of all ages find, develop, appreciate, and express the artist in themselves. She also does presentations and workshops for children and teenagers who struggle and fail in school, or who, for various reasons, wish school were a different kind of place—and for parents and teachers who could profit from a little more playfulness and humor in their lives. Dr. Gill is the author of Helping Kids Hope (Scarecrow Education Press, 2003) and Shine In Your Own Way: Inspiration For Parents of Failing Kids (Down-To-Earth Books, 2008), and is currently working on her third book, about where our creative bones come from and why they so often disappear.
